Mazda RX-7 Problems

2 real owner problems with the Mazda RX-7
Petrol in the fuel filter is black

just had a service and changed the fuel filter.The petrol in the filter is rearly black in colour,can anybody tell me why?

Keep losing brakes

i keep losing my brakes,the brake padel goes rearly hard unabling me to apply the brakes. this comes and goes inconsistantly.can anybody help?
