2001 Mazda Premacy stuck at 3000 rpm

I have a 1.8 GLX mazda premacy 2001. About 2 weeks ago it got stuck at 3000RPm and not allowing any further acceleration or decleration. This happens through all gear changes and at jumctions tried to stall.

try cleaning the throtle body with induction cleaner as they do stick
if thats ok id get the engine management codes read
