Intermittent starting

Mazda premacy diesel. Starts intermittent, once it starts will continuously start for 10 to 20 minutes. Then went start again, till gets long break can be up to days!! Engine always turning at all start attempts.

Is there any RPM signal showing on the tacho when these non starts occur?
