Engine stops when wheels are turned to left or right, at stationary

2002 Mazda Premacy 1.8
Car: Mazda Premacy
Year: 2002
Variant: 1.8
Categories: Steering, Suspension, Brakes, Wheels & Tyres
With the malfunction indicator on, the mechanics changed the sparks, changed the filter, the air and fuel filter, empty the fuel tank, which did make the malfunction indicator to no longer show up. The car started normally when started. The problem is when the wheels are turned to either directions at a stationary state, the engine stops. Also when the engine is running and the wheels are unmoved, the engine stays running, but when you depressed the throttle pedal to go , the engine also stops.
What could be causing this?

Help Please!

Dont know about your car but most have a pressure switch which increases engine revs slightly to prevent the car from stalling at low engine speed due to the power steering pump coming under load.
