2005 Mazda 6 engine misfire at idle

car runs perfect at speed only when coming to stop it misfires on cylinder 3 coils ok new plugs .had no compression on number 3 driped some oil in the bore and did a wet test got compression and have eversince only thing i can think of is if a valve is burnt out part from that abit stuck.baz.

does it have hydraulic tappets ? if not get the clearences checked

yes it has hydraulic tappets had rocker box off cam lobs ok. top of tappets look ok. you just know its gunner be alot ov money. dam it.
