2003 Mazda 6 engine managemaent light comes on ,then limp mode

normal driving with a warm engine , the engine management light comes on putting the car into limp mode . turn off the ignition , take the key out for about 10 seconds and restart, the engine management light is out the car starts and drives normally. for maybe days.

Need to get car scanned to see what faults show up. As it could be a number of things. Not good to guess, as it could turn out expensive by guessing...
