The gasket of my Mazda premacy (2000) got burnt. Changed the gasket. Changed radiator from single to double cell. The engine did not start.

Its a case of retracing your steps. Making sure everything is connected and to the right plug, I have seen some jap and imports have same plugs that will fit other switches,sensors, check your timing, check for fuel and spark, sorry it's not much help but if its was running previously to when you changed the head gasket, then something must be connected wrong or not connected at all.
