Sun roof

1998 Land Rover Freelander 1.8 XEi Station Wagon, manual
Car: Land Rover Freelander
Year: 1998
Variant: 1.8 XEi Station Wagon, manual
when open the sun roof, it doesn't move, but you can hear the sound of the engine, which indicates that it is working. i have not taken it to any garage yet.

this could be two things the first would be a worn out drive gear that is linked to the motor or the main worm gear that controls the opening of the sunroof so i would recommend that you go to a garage and just have it inspected just for a diagnostic and then get a quote for the repairs and then go to another garage for a second quote
