Tailgate window,wiper, window wash and window heater not working

THE TAILGATE WINDOW, WINDOW WIPER, WINDOW WASH AND WINDOW HEATER HAVE STOPPED WORKING ON MY 3 DOOR TD4 2003 FREELANDER WITH REMOVABLE HARD TOP.
WHEN I PRESS THE WINDOW SWITCH THERE IS A 4X BEEP BUT THE WINDOW DOES NOT GO DOWN. THERE IS POWER TO THE TAILGATE OPENING MECHANISM BUT I CAN'T OPEN IT AS THE WINDOW DOES NOT DROP WHEN I PULL THE HANDLE HAS ANYONE GOT ANY IDEAS THANKS JB

If all fuses o.k , sounds like a wiring fault .
