Under powered , wont go over 90 mph

seems very low on top end power , struggles to get to 90 mph and just doesnt want to go any more than that

get the vehicle to the dealers but you should not be doing these speeds anyway but your life and your licence at stake

Dont know if you have solved this, but TD5 engined Landrovers tend to suffer from a blocked EGR (exhaust gas recirculation) valve, this causes loss of power and lack of acceleration... You can fit a EGR removal kit which removes the valve and associated parts - dead simple to fit if you can use a few spanners.
