1996 Land Rover Discovery rear windscreen wiper not working

i've changed the motor and still not working checked for power and there wasn't any fuse fine surely its the relay but were is it.

Possibly a broken wire advise check of wiring prior to hinge first,as for relay they are under a panel at drivers side from memory.
