the brake pedal goes to the floor but go hard when i pump it.
i have bled the brakes and adjusted the rear brakes, the rear brake cylinders are new, none of the brake pipes have burst and no sign of leaking fluid.

Tried bleeding master cyl ? could also be master cyl knacked .

may be worth separating master cyl from servo and checking for fluid leaking past seals
