2003 Kia Sedona gears click from 3rd to fourth

I have just had my car in the garage as the injector seals had gone it cost 400.00 to replace them and clean the engine as it was full of carbon. I have collected the car today and noticed when changing from 3rd to 4th gear it is now clicking will the garage have had to mess with my gearbox when checking how bad my car was to see how much damage had been done to injectors looms fuel lines clamps coils and everything else they have put on the invoice.

all i can say tothat is was the problem there before if not then take it back to the garage and tell them that ever since you have done this work on my car this problem has arisen and you want it resolving as it wasnt there before i brought the car to you stand your ground until its sorted
