my car had the gear linkage cables changed, now it wont start. took the centre console off and tried to start before refitting but no luck getting the car to start. maybe ive done some thing and i dont know. the car sat for 2 weeks while i got the parts from kia. battery seems good engine turns well but wont fire!!!!!! HELP please

Check all fuses . Is the glow plug light and immobiliser light coming on ? Think on that car there is a coil / aerial around the ignition switch that gives problems . Could also be a faulty relay .
