2003 Kia Sedona power outlets not working (fuses are intact)

Does anyone know of any common problems with Kia Sedona power outlets please?
I have no power to cigar lighter or any power outlets. All three fuses in driver side box are intact so it must be a relay or wiring fault.
If anyone knows where the relays are and how to get to them, it would be greatly appreciated, as would any other possible solutions.
