2011 Kia Rio ignition key stuck on

Hi my kia rio 2 key is stuck on acc on I turned the key once then my fob fell off as it was loose I joined it back to key and it won't turn either way just stuck on acc on can't get it into lock or to turn to start car so I took ignition out and used players to turn the bit to start car as is there anyway to get key to turn or to remove it think if I get lock pick to get key if I reinsert it do you think it will activate it when I have fob on key bit any help would be good thanks
