Clutch went after only 3200 miles, got New one fitted this burned out after only 5000 miles as well as flywhrel

Unfortunately the 2011 -2014 mk3 cars are well known to have clutch faults .

I would say your chances of getting a warranty claim are zero .

You can get the AA or RAC to carry out a report on car but honestly , you will be wasting time and money in doing so .
