2011 Kia Rio squealing fan belt

Variant: 1.4 PETROL
car makes loud squealing noise when on full lock tried to tighting belt and notice the pully the belt is over stops spinning for seconds at a time slack it off a bit and still makes noise but pully turn no proble as soon as I tighting up pully spins till I put in full steering lock and u can see pully kinda struggling to turn belts looks good on max for steering fluid any help would be helpful

Check bearing on PAS pump could be jamming up under load . If belt has been slipping it will need replaced .
