2005 Kia Magentis leaking gearbox

because i cannot get under the car i have not actually had a look .but i have been told of a possible answer that there is a clip or metal pipe somewhere under the radiator that gets rusty and basicly falls to bits.has anyone else had this is it a common fault as the car is not that old and very low milage
