2005 Infiniti FX misfiring

My car struggles to accelerate sometimes it doesn't move at all even when I give it a full throttle. It raises but it gives little or no acceleration when driving.
I have changed all 6 coils and plugs, I have renewed my cam shaft sensors and I'm almost thinking the issue is electrical because when it is on motion and i turn off the ignition and restart, it drives normally but after few minutes it losses acceleration and stops moving. kindly give me your opinion based on your expertise.
My service engine light soon keeps blinking of which I ran a scan and detected the code P0300 which I erased and it came back on blinking
