Sat Nav screen locked and cannot press Agree to continue, it seems like the screen buttons have slid down and you have to press under the actual (screen button) to select, but as the "Agree" button is at the bottom I am screwed ! Any suggestions ? I've taken out all fuses (clumps that clip in and out ) and replaced, not confident to take out actual individual fuses, disconnected battery and still no good.

On some models on front panel they had a small hole which said RST and reset the unit .

Thanks but there is no reset button at all on the 2014 series II model.
