2015 Hyundai ix35 engine running rough when idle

The vehicle engine starts to run uneven and the car shakes when it idles after driving a few kilometers.
When the engine is cold it does not do this. Only when the engine is hot. It gets worse when using the clutch.

Has the car been serviced and at the least likes of fuel filter , air filter changed ?
