The sat nav has stopped working and bluetooth. The radio works but the screen has frozen. The touchscreen is not working. Only sound coming out. No phone calls can be made or SAT NAV maps not working

Lots of problems with that , seen where sometimes updates or resetting helps but not always and a new unit was the only remedy in most cases .
