2015 Hyundai i40 stiff clutch & gear's

Clutch Pedal still and need's to be pressed to the floor as the "Bite Point" is close to the floor. Even with the Clutch Pedal to the floor the Gear change is stiff. Is this a Hyundai issue - I see some discussion on other site's re this problem -

Very common on that car ,believe they carried out modifications to rectify .Could check with dealership if covered by warranty
