2009 Hyundai i30 front fog light wiring loom

I have fitted front fog lights and indicator stalk on my car and according to the Hyundai main dealer there should be a wiring loom on my i30 mk.1, but I cant find it anywhere. Could some body please help me. Is it hid away in some secret place.

Fet back to the main dealer that supplied you with the parts and ask to speeak to the electrician for some guidance .
