ISG gradually failed and Cruising Stop Go has never worked

Suspect the 48v battery doesn’t work. Had car from new and ISG worked about 50% of the time initially but after 160 miles it has stopped working even after a 30 mile run. The claimed Cruising Stop Go feature has never worked.
Either battery or charging mechanics are not working. Been waiting four days for garage to contact me.

Get on to the dealership and ask what is happening with your car , ridiculous they haven't let you know their findings after 4 days . May be waiting for parts , please let us know how you get on .
