Noise in my Getz when the wheels are running wet.

Hi. Would anybody know the reason of my Getz problem: I have observed that if car wheels are wet.. like coming from a car wash or
driving in the rain... i hear a loud clicking sound. it seems to be coming from the wheel. when i step on the clutch i hear the sound getting louder and continuous. when i step on the brake, the sound stops. however on continuous running i can still hear the clicking sound.
After a while when the wheels are already dry inside/out the clicking sound is also gone.
any idea what this problem is?

It could be that when you wash your car that some grit or brake dust is getting trapped between the brake disc and the brake pads thus making the noise. Obviously when it dries it gets washed through. Could be it.

Is it normal for dust to get trapped in the disc and brake pad? or there is some loose contact that needs to be adjusted?

As you said the noise goes away once the wheels are dry then it must be that something becomes dislodged when its wet. Could be brake dust or something, get down to somewhere like Kwik fit and they should have a quick look or free.
