my 1.4i is starting well,but when u accelerate,it will jerk a little bit,like its not having a good combustion,when running,it will slow down and u have to change to lower gear,sometimes in running with 2nd gear,it will jerk or u can hear the sound of the wheel scratching the go then scratcing again,not a normal continious running..

Hard to understand your post , no idea what " scratching " is .Jerking could be an ignition coil pack breaking down intermittently .
