Electric windows not working

when i switch the ignition on the window button makes a buzzing sound passenger window was working but not now also when i use the rear window demister the window switch buzzes on the drivers side so none of the windows work have changed the fuse but no joy any ideas

Could be knackered window motors , regulators , switches or wiring .Need to strip down doors and check out .
