Most probably the clutch release bearing, should go for ages before it needs changing but always be aware of it, if the pedal starts bouncing a little when you press it the bearing is starting to wear the clutch plate,
a release bearing is only a few pounds but requires removal of the gearbox and I would suggest changing the entire clutch kit to be sure of no clutch issues soon after changing just the bearing, it's not worth the risk

May also be a dry bush on the clutch pedal itself,it sit,s on it,s own and is not part of a pedal box ,you could try lubricating it.
