i have just been driving my civic which has a digital dash when a warning light came on, it was a yellow P. any ideas please on what this could be

In the second generation of On-Board Diagnostic coding, the letter "P" stands for "powertrain." These trouble codes cover the engine, fuel system and emissions. Two sets of P codes exist: a general set good for all OBD-II compliant vehicles and Honda's own supplemental set of P codes.
