Hard to remove front brake disc

2002 Honda Civic 1.6 sport
Car: Honda Civic

Variant: 1.6 sport

front brake disc very hard to budge. Have tried soaking and leaving a spell with wd40 but still stuck. Have tried belting it with a heavy metal hammer ( changing disc anyway ) wont budge. Tried using bolts through holes to force off and bolts broke. Battered it solid for over an hour and cannot get any movement , any help appreciated. Changed the other 3 wheels with no problems whatsoever, but it,s always the last one.

unfortunatley the golden rule is 'theres always one'

Sounds like your having a tough time but if its the disc your removing and you have your caliper removed then the only thing possibly holding it in place is one or two small flat headed screws between the stud holes holding it onto the hub... other than that its just being a pig :-D
