Squealing Belt

Tremendous squealing from one of the belts i am guessing which eventually goes away, it seems to be connected to the air conditioning, if i turn AC on it starts until i've driven for a bit or i turn it back off, had a new timing belt fitted recently, i thought i had tracked it down the other week to the housing the fan sits in. i greased all around this and it settled down for 2 days!, now i'm not sure if it was that or not?

this sounds like one of the belt are not tight and so it is sliping
