The engine preheat light comes on as soon as vehicle gets warm and it loses considerable power. I did fill it with some fuel out of drums just before problem occurred. I have had tank off and cleaned it, cleaned out fuel lines to the tank, and fitted 3 new fuel filters to no avail HELP
