It will not start

All the electrics work like lights ,cd player, the dash board, wipers etc there's just nothing when the key is turned to the start position. no warning lights come on.

Check the battery voltage or try a jump start . The electrics you mention take very little power compared to what is needed to start the car , ( assuming it is a manual transmission and not an auto )
