can"t get cd"s into the cd player ,seems to be blocked? its a 6 stack one, any help please

" This happend to me. and although it might sound harsh hit eject then when the slot opens if your in the driver seat hit the right part of the dash right above the cd player it will eject after a little bit but try to only use one cd at a time instead of loading 3 or 4 slots at a time "
