Chemical smell, when car is started up.

when i start my car up, especially in the morning there is a chemical smell, its not petrol, but a real distinctive chemical smell, i have just had this car serviced not more than a month back and it wasnt smelling then, any ideas.

I once spilt screen wash in the engine bay used to stink when the engine warmed up as fumes came through the air vents on dash. Wore off after a short while.
