Hub nut coming loose

Hey,

Dont know if anyone knows why but my front left hub nut (lock nut) keeps comming loose and then due to this, is cauing my break disk's to become badly scratched.

Any ideas why this could be?

Forgot to mention, this is a brand new nut too. It was replaced as old one was coming loose too.

Once tightened, it takes about a week or to to become loose and start causing the brak disk to rub.

Hi are you staking,the hub nut with a punch or a screw driver,this stops the nut from coming loose,some cares have a split pin,to stop the nut from coming loose,some cares you punch in to a groove,and so on,hope this is some help,sure you will get more advise
