2007 Ford Mondeo immobiliser active warning but car engine running

When I start the car,the display says immobiliser active yet the engine is running and the car drives. This happens every 2nd or third time you start the car, usually when you 1st start in in the morning. Help

best to have it check at your local ford dealer they my find the problem
