2003 Ford Mondeo rear suspension fault

every time i drive over a bump,pot hole or even a slightly sunken manhole cover the rear of the car kicks to the left. have changed subframe bushes and control arms, tracking and suspension has been checked. any ideas?

if not done already get a full steering geometry check done?this will highlight any problems with camber,castor and toe setting,check the rear suspension struts and arms for damage and excess play
