2004 Ford Mondeo heater/air con and cruise control not working

definitely check fuses first, they may be fused independately ( ie more than one fuse )alwaya the first & CHEAPEST solution. failing that check your relays as ford electrics use relays for a host of applications. substitute blower/ ac switchwith new one,or borrowed one ( that you know is ok )try to avoid, if finances allow, elec parts from breakers/ dismantlers, you only end up with more problems & they are usualy reluctent in refunding you. if all my tips fail, then i suggest employing a good auto elec engineer, mind you good ones don't come cheap.i do know a good one,but it depends on what area you live in. however try my advice first, & let me know how you get on. best of luck, regards dj dave.
