my engine warning light is on and i took it to a garage and they replaced the gasket and valve and the warning light has come back on 2 weeks later

well to be honest i just bought the car today and i just noticed the engine warning light and i looked at paper work and it says on the 20 of last month was taken to dagenham motors cos the engine warning light was on and they found codes for egr flow restriction and they supplied and fitted egr valve and updated pcm

you need to get the fault codes read and investigated,could be more than one fault with car
