2002 Ford Mondeo speedometer faulty

My speedometer stops working around 28mph and doesn't start again until around 68-69mph, it's a real problem with the amount of cameras around today. Anyone got any ideas???

That's a strange one. Seeing as it's working at those speeds I'd guess the speedometer unit will need replacing. An easy job for a decent mechanic.
