sounds like a pig of a joke alright if it starts with easystart and cuts out at least you know its a fuel problem. maybe air lock in fuel system. is the fuel pump kicking in you should hear it as you turn key once. any fault codes showing up??

are you sure turbo is ok? When head replaced was exhaust manifold ok and not oily?. Have you connected pipes to egr solenoid ok? Is cat blocked? all electrical connectors ok to solenoids? are all vacuum pipes ok? the list goes on.
