1997 Ford Mondeo heater blower problem

Car: Ford Mondeo
Year: 1997
Variant: 1.8 lx
Categories: Leaks & Noises
Heater Blower will only operate on Number 4, was working fine and just all of a sudden 1,2 and 3 stopped working. Also not getting power to the stereo wiring block, fuses are fine, could these 2 problems be connected?

Hi, this is a very common fault on the mondeo, happend on my car, and my sons, very easy fix,you have to take out your glove compartment,to get at the part, look to the right, its hard to explain what it looks like, but they burn out,and only end up working on full blow,if you go to the main dealers and tell them ,they will know exactly what wrong, its only a small part, and cheap, when you buy it, you will spot it strait away, easy to get at and take off,and to replace(sorry cant for the life of me remember what its called) good luck, dont know if its connected with your other fault ???
