2002 Ford Mondeo car stalled

glow plug light lept coming on when driving and stalled,so changed the camshaft position sensor and car was fine,then a couple of days later i was driving down the motorway and i could feel a lack of power,then the engine stalled and ignition lights all came on and now the car wont start?

sounds like the lift pump in the fuel tank or ECU fault...
