1999 Ford Mondeo not starting

it wont start,it run for a few seconds now it wont start its got fuel going to the injectors and has a spark at the plugs,it turns over alright but i have notice the needle on the speedo has gone the opposite direction can you help thanks robin

Could be crankshaft / camshaft sensor.
