2002 Ford Mondeo whistle on power steering since fitting st220 18" alloy's

the whistle seems to start once the car is warm and comes and goes when you move the steering wheel, did'nt notice until I fitted the 18" wheels.

Sounds like the Steering rack was slightly worn before you fitted the alloys maybe after a few thousand miles the problem would have come. After fitting the alloys to the car you put more strain on the rack which accelerated wear. in my shop we sell a chemical which will stop all these whines and bring your steering back to normal. call me on 01908 270 433
