When i accelerate lightly my car jerks but if i accelerate hard its fine. the engine management light came on but has gone off. could some one please help me cause its really doin my head in.

Read (Stutter under load on acceleration) problem if your problem seems the same change the coil pack.

Is it possible you have a dirty fuel filter?? Check when it was last changed under servicing. Could be a simple remedy.
