2005 Ford Mondeo key button won't close open windows?

On exiting the vehicle
I should be able to Press Key Fob and after the two initial clunk click the open windows Should Close.
Is there a Particular Fuse That Governs this operation?
I recently had to change the. Battery. I reset the Radio using a code.

You need to reset the one touch up/down for each of the windows. USUALLY on a lot of makes it means lowering the window and holding when down for a couple of seconds and then doing likewise in closed position
